Returns & Exchanges

Exchange request has to be made WITHIN 10 CALENDER DAYS of delivery.

We will gladly accept exchanges for the following circumstances.

-Received defected or damaged.

-The wrong item(s) received.

 

 Exchange on defected or damaged items

Please contact us as soon as you notice any defect or problem. We will issue a return label with Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) so that you can send back your return package to us.

Please note that return label expires 24 hours after it is emailed. Please make sure to print your label in timely manners. Return label can only be issued once. If return label expires, return package has to be sent to us at your expense.

Please let us know when you are ready to send your order back to us so that we can email you a return label and your Exchange Authorization Number (EAN).

A separate email containing a return label is to be emailed.

All returned item(s) are subject to inspection.

Once an inspection is complete, we will send you a replacement.

 

 

Exchange for non-defected items

Unfortunately, you are responsible for shipping for both ways for exchange of non-defected item(s). This means that you will have to send back your return package to us at your expense. There will also be a return postage of $3.00 to be paid in order for us to send you a replacement package. But we will issue a 10% discount coupon for your next purchase to compensate you for shipping cost and inconvenience caused.

Once agreed, we will e-mail you an invoice for return postage. Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) will be issued after we receive a payment for return postage.

Packages returned to us without Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) will not be accepted.

All returned item(s) are subject to inspection.

Once an inspection is complete, we will send you a replacement.

Returns

All sales are final. Store credit only.

Unless defected or damaged, you are responsible for shipping cost for your return package. 

Unless defected or damaged, shipping charge is not refundable. 

 

For packages that are returned to us as "undeliverable", we will issue a refund (minus shipping / handling). For packages that are returned to us because of customer's error (non-custom clearance, incorrect address), 15% restocking fee is to be accessed.
