 - Please allow between 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. (It may take longer during holiday seasons. We also may require additional time for backordered or pre-ordered items. Please contact us for processing time for backordered or pre-ordered items.)

 - Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 - First Class Shipping within the U.S (USPS ; Service Commitment : 2-9 days) : $5.00

 - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 - Priority Mail Service is no longer available.

We are located in Brea, CA. If you reside in California, your purchase is subject to local and California Sales Tax.

 

 INTERNATIONAL 

  -  PLEASE READ : All international packages can ONLY be tracked in the territories of the US. You will not see any additional tracking information once the packages leave the US.

  - EMS (Express Mail International) - USPS ; 5-10 Business days : $59.95 (FULLY INSURED)

  - Please note that order totaled more than $400 can not be shipped via USPS First Class Shipping. Please EMS (Both options offer a full insurance coverage)

  - We highly recommend EMS for orders totaled more than $100

  - All transit times exclude time in customs.

  - We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

  - It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
